I visited the Xfinity store to pick up equipment for my home internet service. When I arrived, I was told the estimated wait time was about 30 minutes, but that it could be less, so I decided to wait even though I had a very busy schedule. After waiting for about 45 minutes, I asked why I still hadn't been helped. I was then told that my name was not on the waiting list and that someone had already called me. I had been inside the store the entire time, and no one called my name. The employee then told me they would have to add my name to the waiting list again. I found this very frustrating and disappointing. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I believe customers deserve better communication and consideration, especially after waiting for such a long time.

7335 Federal highway boca raton has no sign. Can't find store. Drove and store not there. Nobody in the area knows anything about an infinity store in the area. Finally after finding out that the store address is a closed location I found another xfinity store at 335 N. Federal hey. I need a new router. Severely understaffed. I am waiting over an hour. They tell me 30 minutes more wait time. Xfinity has no regard or respect whatsoever for customer service. The place is packed with customers and no staff to help. I will be doing everything in my human power to find another company for the service of internet. This company does not deserve any money from me. Problems like this start at the top. The reason customer service stinks is because there's not many options out there. I will do everything in my human power to find a better option than xfinity

What started out as a negative experience with the person who was originally assigned to help me, I asked to speak to the manager. Linda the manager explained and helped me with my problem. She was professional, kind and truly wanted to help me. If not for her, my review would be negative. You have a gem with her, she is wonderful

Had a very pleasant visit around 2:30pm on a Friday with no wait! Sephora and Ken assisted with adjusting my home Internet package pricing and switching my mobile line over from T-Mobile. Xfinity has progressed with their international plans that far succeed what T-mobile currently offers. Having traveled twice internationally (Spain and Chiang Mai, Thailand- not as big a city) this year, I was able to first-hand see their service had equal coverage while traveling with my colleague who used an Xfinity mobile line. Skip the hassle of E-SIMS, Xfinity’s int’l data line is HALF (no exaggeration) the cost of T-mobile atm. Highly recommend while the offer still stands if anyone reads these 😆

For anyone considering Xfinity/Comcast, learn from my experience. What should have been a simple service issue has turned into one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. A cable issue on my property remains unresolved. I've spent days making phone call after phone call, explaining the same situation over and over, getting transferred between departments, receiving conflicting information, broken promises, and absolutely no sense of urgency. No one owns the problem. No one follows up. No one seems empowered to fix it. It's astonishing that a company this large can make a customer work this hard just to get someone to take responsibility. At this point, I'm not just disappointed—I'm warning others. If you have another option, seriously consider it. No customer should have to spend this much time fighting for basic service and accountability. Comcast/Xfinity has completely lost my trust, and the moment this is finally resolved, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Customers deserve better than excuses. They deserve action.
